I ordered flowers for my wife’s 40th birthday, but they arrived late—after we had checked out of the hotel. I had to return to collect them, and they were in such terrible condition that I ended up throwing them away. They were rotten, droopy, and definitely not fresh. I have reached out several times via email and have yet to receive a refund or any satisfactory resolution. I would recommend avoiding this service—you’d likely find better flowers at a gas station.
