Horrible company, speaking with the online chat to only realise it is AI, sent three emails to the customer service for order confirmation and never responded.

This company is a complete scam and needs to be reported. Ordered “ One love gift set” only wilted rose and a cheap card came, it was supposed come with a teddy and a small bottle of drink.

Since ordering this, they have removed this listing from the website.

We need to report this company to the relevant authorities so no one ever falls for these scammers again.

Fantastic Experience with Flower Delivery

We are based in Australia and arranged for flowers to be sent to a family member in Whitby. She was thrilled with the bouquet, shared photos, and mentioned it was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever received. Online ordering can be unpredictable, and we've encountered problems with larger florist sites before, but this service exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciate that.

Extremely disappointing service.

The most disappointing service I've ever encountered. I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday, expecting them to arrive on the 3rd. I received an email stating they were out for delivery today, but the flowers arrived two days late and in poor condition. It's unacceptable to take orders for specific dates if they can't be fulfilled. I'm very frustrated and plan to share my experience on social media. I've attempted to reach out for a resolution, but the constant answering machine leaves me no choice but to consider further action.

Disappointing experience with flower delivery

I ordered flowers for my wife’s 40th birthday, but they arrived late—after we had checked out of the hotel. I had to return to collect them, and they were in such terrible condition that I ended up throwing them away. They were rotten, droopy, and definitely not fresh. I have reached out several times via email and have yet to receive a refund or any satisfactory resolution. I would recommend avoiding this service—you’d likely find better flowers at a gas station.

Disappointing flower delivery.

Disappointing flower delivery. I was really looking forward to sending a beautiful Christmas bouquet to a friend who is having a tough time. Unfortunately, what arrived was completely different from what was shown and described online; it appeared cheap, and half of the flowers were brown and wilting. I attempted to reach the support team by phone but couldn't get through due to a full mailbox, and I haven't received any replies to my emails. I strongly advise against using this service.

I truly regret not reading the reviews before ordering my bouquet. My experience matches the negative reviews—poor-quality flowers that did not resemble what was shown on the website, along with a total absence of customer service.
