as others a valentines gift, as wife going through cancer diagnosis again, the flowers were delivered mid morning valentines day in a box, limp, no water, the candle and the small bottle of bottega were just rolling around in the box, damaging the flowers, surprised they hadnt broken. got in touch asking for a refund, instead they sent a replacement out, adding insult to injury, flowers were still the same, but this time the gifts were bubble wrapped. you would get better at a tescos or a garage, no value for money or customer service, only used these as our usual florist was off, vey distressing overall, wish i had checked the review, wife was so upset. still not heard back when i replied we didnt want another go at the flowers, i wanted my £65 back.
