I ordered flowers for an 80 year old birthday and this happened: 1. They were delivered after the birthday despite confirmation they would be sent on the actual birthday, 2. The flowers delivered were at best a small bouquet although I had ordered a large one, 3. The flowers were ugly, 4. Customer service cannot identify their order number from their own confirmation email… cheap tactic to not sort a complaint. I’ve had much better experiences with cheaper companies. I will avoid fleurop from now on and if you want none of the above to happen to you, maybe avoid it too.
