Ordered these for my mum, as I live in the UK it is always a bit of a ‘wait and see’ what you get for your money. The ordering was easy, the prices were extremely good and I had to go for the ‘small’ version of a bouquet. I was very pleased when my mum send me a photo of the actual bouquet that was delivered, it exceeded my expectations and it was so well presented. Will definitely use Fleurop again

I am very unhappy with the dismissive service of Fleurop. A delivery was not provided on time, and instead of trying to provide a solution or even being contacted for it, they try to get more cost out of me. The absurd part is that after not adhering to the policy in their website they try to transfer the cost to the client, that is not fair business. In conclusion, Fleurop cannot be trusted to deliver the service the customers paid for. I have ordered in the past from other 3 online companies and without exception the flower are always delivered and when there is a challenge proactively address it for the service to be provided on the right date.
I ordered flowers for an 80 year old birthday and this happened: 1. They were delivered after the birthday despite confirmation they would be sent on the actual birthday, 2. The flowers delivered were at best a small bouquet although I had ordered a large one, 3. The flowers were ugly, 4. Customer service cannot identify their order number from their own confirmation email… cheap tactic to not sort a complaint. I’ve had much better experiences with cheaper companies. I will avoid fleurop from now on and if you want none of the above to happen to you, maybe avoid it too.
First of all, the ordering process was easy and the email communication was excellent.The delivery was spot on at a very good time of the day. But most of all was the quality of the bouquet.My cousin, the recipient, phoned me straight away and said it was the most beautiful bouquet. She was actually very moved by it! Thank you very much, I can totally recommend!
