Absolutely shocking!!!! I would never recommend an internet less than Fleur Telecom! When I signed up I was told I could cancel anytime within a few weeks no hassle at all, then when I realised the internet was so bad and tried to cancel it, there was a massive hidden charge that I couldn’t afford so had to stay with them. The signal in a small house is absolutely terrible, promised me high speeds, and things just about load, if they even connect to the internet. And the customer service is awful, had an unexpected bill come out so tried to rearrange the payment date for a couple of days later, and they kept on looking money, even when I only had £1.13 to my name, they still took £1 leaving me with no money for food or anything until my disability payment comes in. I have gave them my account number, address, postcode and name etc on many occasions to try resolve the matter, but it feels like a scam everytime you phone, with them trying to sell you something else
