They took two payments from me this month and when I queried it, they said it’s because they didn’t take one in December which is untrue - I politely emailed them back but no answer - really bad customer service and can’t get an answer on the phone either!

My phone call was answered quickly without a million checks etc that happens so often with other companies! I was quickly through to Karin who answered all my questions and sorted me out with a Broadband tariff that was to my satisfaction. I will recommend Fleur to others.
