I would like to commend Vince Clark for the support he has given us during the time that Mum's phone was not working. She has a red button and so the phone is essential, she did have a fall whilst the phone was out of order causing a lot of anxiety. Vince understood our concerns and recognised that Mum was vulnerable and needed the phone to be restored urgently. He kept me up dated on the progress of his contact with OpenReach and was clearly working for an early resolution. Thank you.
