First of all, this SIM card didn't work at all when I came to Poland. I contacted support but they weren't able to help me, they just said that everything should work and that's it. I was forced to buy a new sim card of other operated to have an internet. But making things worse they continued to charge money for the tariff even despite the fact that I didn't use it. I noticed it too late, cancelled plan and asked about refund - but they didn't do it. But they could check that I used 0 traffic or calls, as I can't, and nothing after that.
