As a buyer for a property marketed by Flexi Agent, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The property was advertised as “fully refurbished” and “move-in ready”, yet an independent survey revealed multiple urgent and structural issues requiring immediate attention before completion.When I raised these concerns, the branch manager responded with a false and inappropriate claim that I had previously expressed interest in the property and commissioned works — which is completely untrue. Rather than acknowledging the misleading description, the response was defensive and dismissive with a thinly veiled threat that the sellers could seek to recoup costs for the imaginary works I commissioned before the property was on the market with Flexi Agent. Buyers should be cautious — the marketing was not accurate, and the handling of my complaint was deeply unprofessional. I have since referred the matter to the Property Ombudsman for review.
