I placed an order on November 12th during a promotional event, but after waiting over a month, I’m still missing a package required for assembling the desk. While the first two packages arrived on time, the last one was poorly tracked and labeled as 'lost.' Interestingly, my account shows the order as completed, which is incorrect. After multiple emails with different representatives, I’m still awaiting the item, as excuses pile up and the delivery continues to be delayed. I can only hope that once everything arrives, the packages won’t be defective and I can finally put the desk together.
