After multiple emails with different representatives, I’m still awaiting the item, as excuses pile up and the delivery continues to be delayed. I can only hope that once everything arrives, the packages won’t be defective and I can finally put the desk together.
I ordered an item that was supposed to ship on 11/28, according to the website. However, on that date, the shipping date changed to Jan 2026. A representative informed me that it was 'first come, first serve,' and despite my order showing a new shipping date of 11/29, I was told it would actually ship two months later. This company seems untrustworthy, and I strongly advise against making a purchase here.

I experienced the worst customer service ever. I requested an address change just 5 minutes after placing my order, and they assured me it was updated. Unfortunately, the shipping service did not receive the change, and my package was delivered to the wrong location. I requested a refund since I never received my order, but they refused to process it. I had to report the issue as a fraud for the undelivered package, and they took no action to correct the address after the mishap.
