I ordered an item that was supposed to ship on 11/28, according to the website. However, on that date, the shipping date changed to Jan 2026. A representative informed me that it was 'first come, first serve,' and despite my order showing a new shipping date of 11/29, I was told it would actually ship two months later. This company seems untrustworthy, and I strongly advise against making a purchase here.
