I experienced the worst customer service ever. I requested an address change just 5 minutes after placing my order, and they assured me it was updated. Unfortunately, the shipping service did not receive the change, and my package was delivered to the wrong location. I requested a refund since I never received my order, but they refused to process it. I had to report the issue as a fraud for the undelivered package, and they took no action to correct the address after the mishap.
