My experience with FlexiSpot has been extremely disappointing. From the outset, I encountered issues simply trying to place my order, which took several days to resolve. After payment was successfully processed, I was then informed that their logistics provider could not deliver to my location.
Rather than offering an alternative delivery solution, FlexiSpot advised that their only option was to cancel my order altogether. This demonstrates a complete lack of planning and professionalism. If delivery to certain locations is not possible, this should be clearly communicated before customers are allowed to place and pay for an order—not after.
FlexiSpot ultimately failed to find a logistics solution and cancelled my order, wasting my time and creating unnecessary frustration. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
