My desk would not go up, only down. They provided me a fix within 30 seconds, and everything is working great now! I bought this desk in 2021 and it is still going strong. Amazing customer service.
I had an issue that needed resolving so I spoke to an agent online by the name of Mc Wezer. Mc Wezer instantly resolved my issue and left me very satisfied. I hope they get a bonus/pay raise because they truly deserve it!
I just recently bought one of the lower price point items on their storefront; the Height Adjustable Side Desk Overbed Table (smaller format). When it came in, it largely functioned correctly, but it was quite far from level. Not bad enough to really affect the utility, but bad enough that I could tell before confirming with a level.
When I contacted support to see if this was a known issue with the product, they immediately offered a replacement and had it shipped over. The replacement was much better.
All in all, I will be ordering again in the future when my main desk needs replacing or upgrading.

It would be helpful to have a compatibility guide for tops and stands during the ordering process, perhaps with a warning flag for atypical dimensions. My desk has been great. Had some issues with it but it was still within warranty so replacement was sent. I appreciate the customer service response and help. Response can be a little slow but eventually it’s resolved. I’m happy with the service and the product.
The chair is obviously made of good quality materials. I thought it felt very nice. However, given that I am a 100% disabled veteran with a lot of issues and ended up not being the best chair for me giving my condition. However, the return process was incredibly easy and the flexi spot team told me to just keep the chair and that they would refund me, which they already have, and to just donate it to someone or some organization. So, their customer service is absolutely great. I really appreciateed working with them.
I visited an office store that showcased a standing desk priced at double and not nearly as sturdy as the E7 Pro. After three months, I encountered an issue with the lift mechanism. The support team addressed it promptly, and within four days, I received a replacement. They take their warranty service seriously, which I truly appreciated. Since purchasing my desk, I have also bought a new desk chair and a recliner from the company. I couldn't be happier!
My experience with FlexiSpot has been extremely disappointing. From the outset, I encountered issues simply trying to place my order, which took several days to resolve. After payment was successfully processed, I was then informed that their logistics provider could not deliver to my location.
Rather than offering an alternative delivery solution, FlexiSpot advised that their only option was to cancel my order altogether. This demonstrates a complete lack of planning and professionalism. If delivery to certain locations is not possible, this should be clearly communicated before customers are allowed to place and pay for an order—not after.
FlexiSpot ultimately failed to find a logistics solution and cancelled my order, wasting my time and creating unnecessary frustration. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
