FlexiSpy is great when it works. I haven't been able to access it for the last month and the length that I have gone to try to reach support is comical. Good luck getting anyone to help you when your computer denies access to the portal. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANY COMPANY. EVER.Edited to say, the issue was a firewall with my cable company's router. I fixed it on my own. Love the program, but I stand by the fact that their customer service is literally the worst.
