I would not waste your time. They say they screen the companies. Evidently, not that well in my opinion. Found a company (TELUS) that gives off really bad vibes. Wanting all sorts of personal information up front, including biometric ID before you even take an "assessment" test. That is a major red flag in my opinion. But that company shows up in numerous searches on Flex jobs. Many reviews on places like Reddit where someone also said they were told they had to pay a fee to get paid by the company because the bank was in some other country. I don't know what to think, but way to many sketchy reviews in my opinion. And they have a 3.5/ 5 stars on Indeed. Seen many reviews where people go through and give all that personal information, biometric ID and testing only to be told no. Since they do AI, maybe they are collecting your image or information for a reason. Read the agreement. Anything you give them or work on becomes "their" property. That may include your image and likeness and information. Just glad I did not fall for it. Good luck out there and be diligent in your research. Do not necessarily trust something just because they tell you its fine. Yes Companies will have bad reviews. But there are bad reviews, and then there are BAD REVIEWS.
