I paid for a year membership from January 2025 to 2026. During that time, I could not find any remote positions for me. I decided to cancel my subscription because it’s a waste of hard earned money.

Alexander was great. He went in to great detail and really showed me a lot about the website and how to maneuver it. I really felt better about starting the 14 day trial period and will be able to get some practice and get my resume uploaded before I start the 3-months of remote job searching.

I would not waste your time. They say they screen the companies. Evidently, not that well in my opinion. Found a company (TELUS) that gives off really bad vibes. Wanting all sorts of personal information up front, including biometric ID before you even take an "assessment" test. That is a major red flag in my opinion. But that company shows up in numerous searches on Flex jobs. Many reviews on places like Reddit where someone also said they were told they had to pay a fee to get paid by the company because the bank was in some other country. I don't know what to think, but way to many sketchy reviews in my opinion. And they have a 3.5/ 5 stars on Indeed. Seen many reviews where people go through and give all that personal information, biometric ID and testing only to be told no. Since they do AI, maybe they are collecting your image or information for a reason. Read the agreement. Anything you give them or work on becomes "their" property. That may include your image and likeness and information. Just glad I did not fall for it. Good luck out there and be diligent in your research. Do not necessarily trust something just because they tell you its fine. Yes Companies will have bad reviews. But there are bad reviews, and then there are BAD REVIEWS.

I decided to do a trial for a small amount of money for one to two weeks. Don't remember the details of the offer back there!

And I forgot to cancel the subscription - my bad. I was taxed 22.95 euros, because I wasn't able to remember where I had subscribed for such an amount. My Spanish bank totally ignored my mail in English and Spanish.

When they withdrew the sum, I immediately went to cancel my subscription. And it wasn't easy. It looks like they are asking you to delete your profile. Maybe that's why I wasn't able to cancel it the first time.

Today (January 10, 2026), I received a notification that someone is trying to withdraw 22.95 euros. After checking my profile, I found that it stated my subscription expires on January 14th, and there was an option to renew it.

That is so inaccurate and so wrong in so many ways. I tried to write them, but their form said that my email or the message had an issue. I was using their form while I was in my profile. This is so unprofessional.

Misleading Subscription Management

There is no cancel option visible under the subscription details, and it seems intentional, as I've noticed similar feedback from other users. I decided to cancel due to the limited entry-level listings, and when I finally reached out to the support team, I discovered that the 'reactivate subscription' button was easily accessible, while the cancellation option was absent. This behavior feels very misleading and disrespectful to customers.

Purchased to understand functionality but faced unexpected charges

I made a purchase to see how it functions, but now I'm being charged significantly more without any prior notice! I request a refund! Update: They mentioned that someone would reach out to me, but I've been waiting for days now!

Disappointing Experience Compared to Previous Years

I previously used the service in 2019 to secure a remote job, and it was fantastic. However, my recent experience has been quite disappointing. After signing up again last year, I received no responses to numerous applications. With over 30 years of experience in a high-demand technical field, I was surprised by the limited job offerings available on the platform.

Avoid this service; it's a scam.

Avoid this service; it's a scam. Their strategy is to entice you with a $2 14-day trial, misleading you into thinking you'll secure a job during that period, but you won't. It's merely a tactic to get your card information. Once you enter your payment details, the option to cancel your subscription disappears, and they continue to charge you nearly $30. They also advertise fake job listings, particularly in tech, and many of these positions remain open for months without any selections being made. They often repost these jobs as if they are new, but they are not.

Job applications are straightforward

Job applications are straightforward, yet in the current market, it's often just "Thank you, but no thank you." It's frustrating to spend money on applications that yield nothing but rejections. While this isn't the company's fault, the outcome remains the same: numerous applications with no callbacks.
