I didn't think the amount of mess-ups they made would be possible, but see for yourself:We had our first container inbounded with them, against stock that was 90% pre-sold already, so we needed to move fast:- inbounding took 13 days instead of their promised SLA of 3 days- Once the container was inbounded, it took another 17 days to send all orders out, instead of their promised same day SLA- 16% of orders had some sort of fulfillment mistake (missing products, wrong products etc)I wish these numbers were made up, but unfortunately they are completely accurate. On top of that, their support and account management was horrible as well.Please don't use them for fulfillment. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.
