Completely unacceptable. A total financial loss. The service I experienced is undoubtedly the worst meal delivery option I've ever encountered. The meals were nearly unpalatable — tasteless, soggy, overcooked, and somehow still cold in the center. The textures were so unpleasant that I couldn't finish any dish. I wouldn't serve this to guests, and I wouldn't even consider giving it to a pet.
To make matters worse, the marketing is misleading. Don't be deceived by the overly positive, likely sponsored reviews and influencer endorsements. What arrives at your home looks nothing like what's advertised. The quality is far from “fresh,” the flavors are absent, and the portion sizes do not justify the cost whatsoever.
Every meal seemed like it had been prepared weeks prior, reheated, and packaged with no attention to detail. If this is what they deem “professional,” it's quite embarrassing. I regret believing the reviews and wasting my money.
Avoid the disappointment. There are much better meal prep options available — this one is simply unacceptable.
