I had booked a car from Stuttgart airport. They had the wrong flight number and I was six hours late according to them. They had given away my car and cancelled my booking. They provided no support whatsoever, did not advise if I could claim a refund (which I could have I found out later) and were just generally awful. Avoid, better to pay £50 extra for a car from a company that at least attempts to provide customer service.
