I picked up the car without a problem, took advantage of the no-deposit option, and the employee explained everything thoroughly and gave me better car tran I'd booked. Returning the car was even faster; I handel the key to the employee on the car park, and signed the report there

!!!NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

For the first time I saw that when you rent a car you get a peace of paper to fill up with damages. .

When it comes to payment they took photo of credit card from both sides and with all info from it and that is first time I have seen that rental car companies are doing. After asking why they took photo of all info from credit card the answer was that its common in the USA to take it and no need to worry regarding that.

After returning the car they "found" 2 small dots on windshield and try to get 1000$ for it. When we asked for previous damage paper they showed us paper with only 2 damages on the car and around 200 miles less than what it says on the time of our rental. One of them don't speak english so he asked his colleague to help him, and they were both very aggressive with payment and consistently insisting on it. After asking again for the paper from last rent with that mileage we get it with, they talked on spanish and said thats the paper.

We asked for their names and the worker who dont speak English is called Marcus and other worker refused to give his name, case he is working for another company, cause apparently this office is shared between few car rental companies.

After almost 2h of talking to them they couldn't provide me with paper from last inspection of the car we rented and they keep insisting that the paper with almost 200 miles is the paper from last inspection, and than as well Marcus who don't speak english, started to speak very good on english.

Cause they didn't provide me with proof of last inspection we refused to pay anything and will be writing to their corporate office. 2 minutes after we left their scam office they charged 1000$ on the credit card and attached it to previous payment that was signed for the rental and insurance.

After waisted few hours of our vacation in Miami we will have to deal with all the credit card desput and everything else that comes with it.

Wish I did read little bit more about this company on line before renting from them.

Hope this will help to someone else to stay away from all this small rental companies and rent from reputable ones instead, so you can save your money, nerves and time on vacation.

Awful company. INstructions for pickup at airport were nonsense.
Extra charge for crossing in to Austria 120 euros was NOT in original booking.
Agent was extremely rude and unfriendly.
Car was undrivable as screenwash was frozen. We drove 20minutes to their depot where they couldn't solve it. Drove 20 mins back to pickup hotel and given another car.
This had some weird grease all over the inside of the windscreen and we were unable to drive as heading into setting sun, had to find a service station and buy glass cleaner. No brushes or scrapers for removing snow the next day.
On return waited for half an hour for somone to check and accept the car back.
Office was full of other disgruntled customers .
A month after our return we get a £220 charge to our credit card with nmo explanation. NOw fighting it out with credit card company.
AVOID THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Extremely disappointing experience and overcharging.

Extremely disappointing experience and overcharging. A $500 fee was imposed for crossing the border, along with a $300 fine for alleged damages related to cigarettes in the car. This was particularly frustrating as we don't smoke and were traveling with two small children. The fine was unexpectedly billed to the credit card three weeks later. Additionally, the vehicle provided in December lacked snow chains, forcing us to leave it in town and walk thirty minutes uphill to our destination.

Terrible car rental experience! Avoid this service!

I had a terrible car rental experience! Avoid wasting your travel time with this service! I initially found them through a travel comparison site. This company has a branch in Germany, and I never expected to encounter the issues I faced there. I booked the vehicle, thinking I would pay the advertised price, but soon realized it was just a bait to charge me much more.
The office is located far from the airport terminal in Munich, making it difficult to reach, as their shuttle service took an excessive amount of time to pick me up.
When I finally got to the office to collect the vehicle, the staff made up excuses to pressure me into paying additional fees on top of what I had already reserved. If I refused, I would be left stranded without transportation back to the airport, where it’s quite challenging to find a taxi.
The staff claimed that my international driver’s license was invalid, insisting I pay for additional insurance that was four times the reservation cost. Interestingly, if I did pay, my license would suddenly be considered valid.
While I was trying to explain that my license was indeed valid in Germany, I noticed similar unfounded demands being made on other customers, like: your credit card lacks embossed numbers and thus cannot be used for the security deposit unless you buy supplementary insurance; or that your driver’s license wouldn’t be accepted in any inspection unless you also paid for extra insurance. I even saw a couple being told, “you missed our transfer, so your reservation is canceled, but you can rebook if you pay more.” (This service operates from a remote location and made me wait a long time—2 hours in my case—at the terminal before sending a van).
For your own good and your family's safety, I strongly advise staying away from this car rental service!

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Car Hire

We had a booking for car hire at the airport on 5th January. Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled, and we arrived late at 9pm instead of the scheduled 11am. I attempted to contact the car hire service three times using the numbers provided, but one line didn’t work and the other went unanswered. There was no email listed on the booking form, but I did find one online and sent an email. Upon our arrival, we were told that our booking had been cancelled, despite my attempts to reach out. We ended up having to pay €80 to a different car hire company for a new vehicle. The representative at the counter was quite rude to me.

Avoid renting a car.

I strongly advise against renting a car. I paid in full for a 7-day rental two weeks ahead of time, but I was unable to get the vehicle due to a long line at the rental desk, and by the time I reached it, it was too late. This was the response I received from the representative at the airport. When I inquired if she could assist me, her reply was that she wasn't there to help! I lost 200 euros and ended up without a car.

Registration cancellation due to flight delay

My registration was canceled after I arrived an hour late due to a flight delay. While I understand the situation, I was forced to pay the full amount again, as my previous payment wasn't refunded, even though the vehicle was still available. It feels like I ended up paying twice. This is incredibly frustrating.
