I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience with Flex To Go. Due to a flight cancellation and rescheduling, I simply needed to adjust my pick-up day for a car that was already confirmed and fully paid for. Despite calling them the same day my flight was changed to keep them informed, they were completely unaccommodating.
The customer service was shockingly rude. Instead of helping, the staff actually blamed me for booking through Booking.com rather than their direct site. They ultimately claimed my contract had "expired" because I was late, essentially refusing to honor a paid reservation due to circumstances entirely out of my control.
This company is not solution-oriented and lacks basic empathy for travelers facing common flight disruptions. There are plenty of other reputable rental options available—I strongly recommend using a different company that actually values its customers.
