I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Flexways Rent A Car.
I rented a vehicle for just two days, January 18-20, 2026, and it became inoperable during my rental. From that moment, everything went downhill. I made at least 9 calls to customer service trying to get help. Each time, I was given instructions that did not resolve the problem, and no real assistance or replacement vehicle was ever provided.
What is especially concerning is that their public representations suggest that customers will receive support if issues arise. However, in my experience, those assurances were not honored. When I needed assistance the most, no effective help was provided.
To make matters worse, I was ultimately charged a penalty for a situation that was completely outside of my control. From a consumer standpoint, this raises serious concerns regarding fairness and the proper delivery of contracted services.
This is not just about money — it is about honesty, accountability, and fair dealing. Customers have a reasonable expectation that a company will stand behind its service and act in good faith when problems occur. That did not happen here.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Flexways. If an issue arises, do not expect meaningful support or a fair resolution.

Alquilé un vehículo por solo dos días, Enero 18-20, 2026, y durante ese período el auto dejó de funcionar. A partir de ese momento, todo fue cuesta abajo. Realicé al menos 9 llamadas al servicio al cliente tratando de obtener ayuda. En cada ocasión, me dieron instrucciones que no resolvieron el problema, y nunca se me proporcionaron asistencia real ni un vehículo de reemplazo.
Lo que resulta especialmente preocupante es que sus respuestas en sitios públicos como este, sugieren que los clientes recibirán apoyo si surge algún inconveniente. Sin embargo, en mi experiencia, esas promesas no se cumplieron. Cuando más necesitaba ayuda, no recibí ninguna solución efectiva.
Para empeorar la situación, finalmente se me cobró una penalidad por una circunstancia completamente fuera de mi control. Desde la perspectiva de un consumidor, esto genera serias preocupaciones sobre la equidad y el cumplimiento adecuado de los servicios contratados.
Esto no se trata solo de dinero, se trata de honestidad, responsabilidad y trato justo. Los clientes tienen una expectativa razonable de que una empresa respalde su servicio y actúe de buena fe cuando ocurren problemas. Eso no sucedió en este caso.
Basado en mi experiencia, no puedo recomendar Flexways. Si surge algún problema, no espere recibir apoyo significativo ni una resolución justa.
