I had a reservation to pick up a car at Heathrow Airport, but the experience was extremely disappointing. I had to take an Uber to reach their office, only to be told that my personal Visa debit card was not accepted, and American Express wasn’t accepted either. On top of that, they required a £2,500 deposit, which was never clearly communicated in advance.
As a result, I had no choice but to walk away without the car. The Economy Booking support team offered no assistance or alternative solution, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience, and I would not recommend using this company.
