I am submitting this complaint regarding the unjustified retention of my funds. I deposited money into my trading account on 26/12/2025. After completing my trading activities, I made a withdrawal request on 27/12/2025. Since then, my withdrawal has not been processed, and my funds are still withheld without any valid reason. I have contacted the company several times via email and messaging. I also sent a formal legal notice, allowing ample time for a response. However, the company has failed to reply or take any action. This behavior is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the company's reliability and compliance with basic financial and consumer protection standards. I have full documentation of my deposit, withdrawal request, and all communications, which can be provided upon request. I request the immediate release of my funds and advise other traders to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company.
