After engaging in trading activities, I made a withdrawal request on 27/12/2025. Since then, my withdrawal has not been processed, and my funds remain held without valid justification. I have reached out to the company multiple times via email and messaging. Additionally, I sent a formal legal notice and allowed ample time for a response. Yet, the company has not replied or taken action. This conduct is extremely unprofessional and raises significant doubts about the company's reliability and adherence to financial and consumer protection norms. I possess complete documentation of my deposit, withdrawal request, and all communications, which can be shared if needed. I urge the immediate release of my funds and caution other traders to be extremely careful when interacting with this company.

This is a scam. They require a deposit of 50 to verify your account and offer free credits. However, when you try to withdraw, they impose additional charges to 'confirm the crypto address for a blockchain fee,' which is not legitimate. Anyone familiar with crypto knows that there are no extra charges or minimum fees to send; you can send as little as £5. Truly a scam—avoid at all costs.
Fraud alert. Initially, they offered a 150-dollar credit without any deposit, claiming withdrawals could be made after achieving 150 dollars in profit using the bonus. I created an account and made a profit of 309.73 dollars. When I attempted to withdraw 150 dollars, the site indicated insufficient balance for withdrawal. I contacted their support, and now they claim I need to deposit more than 150 to fully activate the account before I can withdraw my funds. This is a classic scam tactic. Avoid depositing and getting scammed. Be cautious.
