I am submitting this complaint regarding the unjustified retention of my funds. I deposited money into my trading account on 26/12/2025. After engaging in trading activities, I made a withdrawal request on 27/12/2025. Since then, my withdrawal has not been processed, and my funds remain held without valid justification. I have reached out to the company multiple times via email and messaging. Additionally, I sent a formal legal notice and allowed ample time for a response. Yet, the company has not replied or taken action. This conduct is extremely unprofessional and raises significant doubts about the company's reliability and adherence to financial and consumer protection norms. I possess complete documentation of my deposit, withdrawal request, and all communications, which can be shared if needed. I urge the immediate release of my funds and caution other traders to be extremely careful when interacting with this company.
