This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever encountered. I purchased round-trip tickets but only received the outbound tickets, and they refused to assist in obtaining my return tickets. Initially, they denied selling me the tickets at all. Then they claimed my one-way tickets would suffice for my return, which was obviously not the case. They kept directing me to other companies despite my transactions being solely with them. I had to rebook tickets for my family with another service and cancel the original tickets through my credit card company. Truly unacceptable.
