This company does very well with its travel options. We took the bus from Brussel Charleroi to Brussel-midi and arrived much sooner than expected. Very nice bus driver and other people that worked at flibco. Because of the fast service we were able to get a bus much earlier than expected which was no problem for flibco. It's a very distinct website with good information and a lot of options.
This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever encountered. I purchased round-trip tickets but only received the outbound ticket and the support team refused to assist in obtaining my return tickets. Initially, they denied selling me the tickets at all, which was untrue. Then, they suggested that my one-way tickets would suffice for my return, which was clearly not the case. They kept directing me to other companies, despite my transactions only being with them. I've never faced such a poor situation and had to rebook my family's tickets through another service and cancel the original tickets through my credit card provider. Truly a disappointing experience.
I left my phone with my boarding pass on the bus upon arriving at the airport. Thanks to the team's effective communication, they managed to return it to me. They are very accommodating if you treat them kindly. A fantastic team spirit!

I just attempted to buy my ticket, and the service during payment was very disappointing! Initially, I couldn’t get my ticket due to a lack of information, and I was directed to another coach company 'if I wanted'! Very poor service and I'm quite unhappy with the experience!
I used this bus service from the airport to the city center and was pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the coach. The return trip featured a more cautious driver who was friendly and attentive. The service was timely, departing and arriving as scheduled. I would definitely use it again.
