This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever encountered. I purchased round-trip tickets but only received the outbound ticket and the support team refused to assist in obtaining my return tickets. Initially, they denied selling me the tickets at all, which was untrue. Then, they suggested that my one-way tickets would suffice for my return, which was clearly not the case. They kept directing me to other companies, despite my transactions only being with them. I've never faced such a poor situation and had to rebook my family's tickets through another service and cancel the original tickets through my credit card provider. Truly a disappointing experience.
