For the first time we got our residential property serviced by Flick for ants, spiders and cockroaches on 15th Oct 2023. Within two months there were ants and spider activities within a metre from the property. I contacted the Flick service department on 19th Dec 2023. Despite I was promised that someone will get back to me regarding booking a re-spray of our property I did not hear from Flick. Then, I contacted Flick again on 4th January 2024. To my astonishment today I was informed that their outdoor treatment does not cover any warranty. In the past we have had our property treated for ants, spiders and cockroaches for over twenty-five years by Rentokil their outdoor treatment and indoor treatment was always effective for a minimum of twelve months. If the ants and spiders returned outdoors within three months mostly due to rain, they always came and resprayed our property without any additional cost. It appears it was a costly mistake going with Flick a company with inferior service quality. A lesson learned.
