My experience has been quite disappointing. I strongly recommend anyone considering engaging with this service to carefully review the terms and, under no circumstances, commit to a long-term contract. Their focus seems to be solely on revenue, and attempting to cancel turns into a significant hassle. I entered into a 12-month agreement in 2024 that was supposed to end in October 2025. I intended to conclude the contract at its expiration. However, they continued to charge me in November because, according to the fine print, they required a month's written notice for cancellation. I promptly provided that notice, thinking it would resolve the issue, but I was mistaken. I was charged again in December. Since then, I've exchanged numerous emails and received various excuses. Eventually, I was told that my contract had been canceled and that I wouldn't be charged in January. Great, but I was informed my refund would only be processed once it was approved. Their office stated it was submitted for approval in early January—all for a mere $28. Are they serious? As I mentioned earlier, be cautious and don't fall for their sales tactics. What a frustrating experience.

I booked a service for the following Monday, but no one showed up. There was no communication from the company. When I reached out the next morning, I was told they could reschedule for a week and a half later. I have lost all trust in this company. I advise against their subscription service and suggest finding another provider.
We scheduled a service for this morning from 7 AM for multiple units and garages, but it’s now 8:25, and they haven't contacted us or shown up. Our tenants were advised to be home for the pest spraying, but now they are left waiting. After a previous poor experience, we decided to give them another chance, but they have disappointed us again.
The pest spray was unsuccessful. I thought I was using a different service, but they showed up without notifying me of a merger. I wouldn't have chosen them. I still have a cockroach issue, and they informed me that there’s no warranty for outside treatments. I recommend sticking with local businesses.
The company has a policy requiring clients to allow them to record and save credit card details for bookings. They claimed they wouldn't save them but would only charge after the service. This raises concerns, especially with recent data breaches at other companies.
