Avoid this company if you can. First visit I was told they would need a longer ladder (I had already told them on booking they would need a long ladder to reach the top of the second story), 2nd visit was told they needed to park in the same road as my house, and if thy could not find a park in the same road within 10 minutes they would have to reschedule. They then "isolated the bee problem" although it was an unrelated wasp nest. And then told me they could only guarantee the treatment given for 1 week! How can you call yourselves pest controllers if you can't distinguish between a wasp and a blue banded bee?

Was on a 12 month subscription plan at $29.99 per month have an email clearly stating this. No terms and conditions were received.Noticed recurring charges on bank statement rang flick, emailled flick and social media posted flick no response.Finally managed head office who called tasmanian office for me elyse insisted that I had to give 30 days written notice or money keeps coming out.I have sent through the email which is not transparent in their charges and subscription details.I have also submitted a complaint to the ACCC.Head office replies to all complaints are that they will esculate the complaint to branch state level they most do not.This companys trading ethics is highly illegal how have they not been brought to account by now.Do not deal with this company.
DO NOT USEFlick quoted me a termite monitoring & baiting system for my property. Flick then attempted to charge me double for over 6 months after, repeatedly emailing me and calling to make the payment. After finally paying the correct amount I have found their install does not match their quote. They quoted 21 stations, only installed 16. They quoted 4 visits, only visited once They have ignored countless emails and are refusing to provide a refund.
The worst pest control service we’ve had in 13 years. Cockroaches were never actually eradicated and then after 2.5 months they got worse. The warranty of their work is only 3 months so they are obviously aware that their treatment doesn’t work.
No receipts, Charged twice. Did not turn up. Customer service did not know the costs, but guessed. Phone system is hopeless. Took credit card details but did not charge it. Months later received an email from Flick Collections and a bill for an amount that was not consistent with what customer service had said. Asked them to invoice me the correct amount, and I paid straight away. Then received another email from Flick Collections stating that bill had not been paid. On a follow up visit, Flick requested my credit card for that visit, but I was charged for the invoice from collections. Effectively was charged twice. This company needs to be reported to ASIC for financial misconduct.
They intentionally make plans confusing to charge you extra. I have been with them for 4-5 years, and when I tried to cancel, I was told my addon plan lasts 30 months whereas the original plan has a 1-month notice. Can you see how silly this is? They also said they'll charge me an additional $250 for an addon I never signed up for.
I asked if they do bird mites, yes was the answer, $397 and an additional charge of $197 for a treatment of bed bugs, which I didn't have. On a daily basis, I'm Still getting bitten badly. Have had to go on antibiotics after one night of being bitten head to toe. On last scheduled visit, because I took too long getting to the door( I at the time I had no cartilage in my hips, so moving was an issue) the tech had to leave, but not before he noticed the bites mites on the balcony that leads to my front door. He said I have to go, shall get the office to reschedule and I'll have a look around the building for bird nest. The call didn't happen, when I called to make the booking,the guy I spoke to kept going to his manager the conversation went from you have to move the clutter( which I had done), a wooden chest on wheels and two boxes on top, to it has to be completely removed,l, the manager final say, nothing wrong with the spray the infestation is in the clutter there nothing we can do and that was that. And when I asked for the 2 receipts, the first one has fleas down as the insects treated, don't they realise I got a service report that says insect to be treated: bird mites, bed bug treatment done
We are working at VMCH Bulleen house.Flick's hygiene/Anticimex team suppose to empty/replace our waste bins every week.Fore more than 2 months this schedule is not supported and we are overfilled with dirty, smelled bins for days. Every week we have to call flick, but they are not too responsive. Last time yesterday, 23-May, I've called and the hygiene team representative was busy on the phone. and I've been told that they will call me back.Of course, no one called us back.Unfortunately, with our current experience, we can not recommend anyone to use Flick's service.
