Great service ! I ordered the wee-testing sticks with next day delivery, and they duly arrived on time. The tests clearly showed I had an infection, my doctor's surgery gave me an appt that afternoon, and I went home with prescribed antibiotics that evening.

Ordering was easy and dispatch / delvery was prompt.The Water Testing for Metals strips were a bit of a disappointment because they're not sensitive enough for tap water in that safe levels of lead etc are under 10 micrograms per litre but that's the lowest bar on the test strip scale and the colour for 20mpl (twice the safe limit) is virtually indistinguishable, by the time you reach a real visible colour change you'd be poisoned enough to be on your way to hospital I should think, so not really that useful.
Delivery aside ( Post Office error) the product itself did as it stated. Separate bacteria test worked fine. All clear. Separate lead test worked fine, all negative. And the rest of the test strips all measured and displayed results as per instructions. Good test kit but could be a tad cheaper in my opinion. The kit is a one off test with no retests so read the instructions carefully
