Don’t buy the service The company is not gool I got trouble with my garbage disposable. They can’t fight nobody for seven days to replace. I buy a new one. It cost me $200 plus installation and they don’t want to pay me for replace it
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I want to express my frustration regarding the unprofessional behavior from a representative in the supplier relations department. It's been six months since I completed repairs for two customers, and I have yet to receive payment. There are six service tickets pending payment for half a year. Each time I reach out to ask about the status, I'm told to wait until next week. Today, I attempted to speak with a supervisor about the payments, but the representative I spoke with treated me with disrespect and hung up before I could voice my concerns. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially after I've invested so much of my resources—knowledge, time, and money—without any reimbursement. I plan to escalate this matter and would like to know what further actions I can take to ensure this does not happen again.
I signed up for a home warranty service and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. They collect monthly payments, but when you actually need assistance, they frequently deny claims by stating the issue isn’t covered or they close the claim without resolution — even when it clearly should be covered according to the warranty terms. I had a leaking pipe and paid the $100 service fee for their technician. He only took a photo, mentioned he’d request approval for the repair, and then the claim was closed the next day with no resolution and no communication from the service team. I lost the $100 service fee and ended up contacting my bank to stop payments to this company. Based on my experience and numerous other reviews online, I cannot recommend this home warranty service.
Our furnace stopped working while living in a cold region. I called to file my first claim and was informed it would take 24-48 hours to hear back. I expressed that this was unacceptable. The representative suggested I hire someone myself and that they would reimburse me, which I did for nearly $800. When I called about reimbursement, I was told I wouldn't receive it because I didn't follow a process I was never made aware of. This has been the worst customer service experience I've encountered. Despite never missing a payment, we feel neglected. We've had other home warranties without issues. I strongly advise against using this service.
We are very unhappy with your service. Your company has never been able to send a plumber to fix the issues we’re having so they remain unfinished! We have been more than patient (waiting months) and still nothing from you. We do not feel we should have to directly pay the bill and wait for YOU to pay us back! Even sending $200 to us to find our own contractor seems insufficient. We live in a metro area. There’s no reason why you shouldn’t be able to find someone to fix it. The different contractors we have talked to say your company is the worst at paying back contractors and that’s why no one will take your jobs. You give us a different story. I wish we would have known your reputation before we paid for a multiple year contract! We also dislike the fact that you do not call us back. You send emails which tend to get lost in SPAM. We would never recommend your company!
