I contacted the airline directly, and they confirmed my ticket included free checked luggage, noting that my original contact number was missing from the booking, which could have led to serious issues at the airport. I have full screenshots as evidence of what was promised before payment and am currently trying to resolve this with the customer service team. This experience was misleading and unfair. If you book through this platform, double-check every detail and keep your own records—don’t rely solely on what their site displays.
