I bought two tickets from this platform for a flight from Beijing to Moscow on the departure day. Upon arrival at the airport, I found a notice stating that only RF passport holders could check in. The airline's representative mentioned that the notice was sent to all agents, but the platform likely hadn't received it. After a day of back-and-forth emails, the airline provided an official letter stating that the agent should issue a full refund. However, the platform has yet to respond (8 days later). After five hours of trying to reach customer service, my emails and online support requests have yielded no results. The likely excuse would be the virus outbreak in mainland China, but the airline worked towards a solution, while the agent left us to deal with the consequences of their negligence. Choose wisely.
