dont trust them , they charge admin fee if the airline cancelled the flight or changing the time (£23) per head my case Qatar airways changed my flight time as an agent flight catchers charged for 3 of us £69 . when we booked the ticket with them , they never mentioned that , they were all sweet .now they asked me to read the term and condition . Air line change you flight time , as a customer even though it is not your fault, you pay the admin fee , which planet this people live ?
