I have to give my experience with Holly from the Flight Centre a 5/5. I gave her quite a difficult job of finding flights for multiple centres, with specific airlines and a particular room at a hotel. I must say that Holly dealt with my many phone calls with extreme patience and professionalism. She even researched into particular room types at the hotel and ensured all my flights were great times.
