I probably wasn't the easiest of customers to deal with due to route and stops that were required but Kiri was very patient and we got there in the end. I could have got the same itinerary a few hundred pounds cheaper if I had not delayed in making a decision but this was my faulult and not Kiri's. Very professional and this gives me a bit more confidence rather than booking through Expedia myself. Overall a good experience and we arte looking forward to our Kiwi trip in April. Thanks
