Fab service! I spoke with both Mark Lawrence and Ben Hogan over the course of a few days and they were extremely helpful in solving my multi-city flight conundrum! Including putting flights on hold while we coordinated with my sisters who had different requirements & destinations on their itinerary... The end result is perfect as they have even managed to book us seats together on the one flight we all share - despite being booked at different times!
