Catrina from the flight centre is absolutely amazing! We had a flight cancelled due to the Air Canada strikes, this was at very short notice, Catrina spent 4 hours trying to talk to Air Canada for us. She then searched for alternative flights, giving us several options and talkign with us for hours via phone and whatsapp to egt this sorted. The communication was excellent, as was the support while we were stranded in Canada. Folllowing this Catrina has supported us with claiming for a refund and compensation for the flights, as well as providing a written headed letter for our insurance company. I would not hesitate to use Flight Centre again following the above and beyond servcie that we have received. Thank you so much!
