The travel agents in our local store know our preferences, dietary requirements for the flights, our preferred airport to travel from, they helped us choose accommodation that perfectly fitted our preferences... With a beautiful beach resort and adjoining villas for us and the kids in traditional Thai style. Little things like Airport transfers included make a difference and knowing we can call them 24hrs a day if we have any bumps along the way.
