Michelle was really polite, kind and very willing to help me organize my flight to Nice, France. It wasn't far but I had many fears and she completely removed them, dotting all the I's and crossing all the T's too. She knew the workings of EasyJet, and exactly what was needed and how they worked. When it came to the traveling, everything worked like magic, all her preparation and words came to fruition, the documentation intact, and I had an amazing time. As a traveler herself, I felt she knew my anxieties so had a very empathic nature to help me, (at 75 years, many irrational fear had crept in for me!!). I wish her a long and happy career in this business and with her incredible travels too. Thank you !!
