My wife and I used Flight Center in St Albans to book our Honeymoon to New Zealand. Ruth, the center manager was our point of contact and from first contact, which was an online inquiry through to the trip itself, Ruth and her team have been outstanding. We took the base 'Best of Both Islands' itinerary and we were able to edit it to suit our needs in terms of where we had overnight stays, what sort of accommodation we had. We had excellent advice on activities and Flight Center were able to save us money on many of them, as it was cheaper for them to book trips for us than us booking through the tour websites. An example of this was the Franz Josef Heli Hike. Over the next month or so after paying the deposit, we did change our mind about a few things and it was never too much trouble to make changes to the trip. Right up until a few days before we left when we asked if we could upgrade our flight - this was no problem for the team. We have really appreciated the friendly advice and expertise of Ruth. It was all a very easy process, which is exactly what you want when organising a honeymoon and a wedding at the same time. Thank you!!
