I have been using Flight Centre for many years and have always had great service. The team ask your requirements and then go above and beyond to get a great deal for you.In the past a flight was cancelled just before Christmas and Flight Centre immediately booked me on a new flight, departing the next day. The cancelled flight was outside of their control but they remedied the problem quickly. Most recently I had the pleasure of dealing with Hannah Howe from the Richmond office, where she spent a few hours playing with dates to get the price down on a complex trip with many stops.
