Reece helped me plan our trip from the very beginning. I didn't know where to start, but he asked all the right questions, went away and came back with an itinerary, and within budget. Reece tweaked the itinerary and bookings, whenever we thought of something else, and nothing was too much trouble. The flights and stopovers and hotels were all just right for us. When we were in Australia, we were faced with the arrival of a cyclone, but Reece changed our flights for us, so we were able to avoid it. Honestly, he took all the stress out of it. I would definitely recommend Reece, and Flight Centre, and now that we've got the travel bug, we will always use this company, and hopefully Reece will still be there. The other staff who answered the phone seemed equally lovely, and communication was always excellent.
