Leanne McCleary took care of booking everything for me, for a recent work trip from Edinburgh to Kuala Lumpur, gave various different options to choose from which fitted my preferences, and all went smoothly at the booking stage. However, when it came to actually taking the flights, multiple things went wrong from the airline end, and they ended up offering an insulting re-booking (three days later, on a longer and more complicated route, with a reduced comfort level). We got on to Leanne, said "help, this is completely dreadful from the airline, I just want to go home". Within 2 hours of this phone call I was safely on my rebooked flight home, via a good route.
